Months after the May 16, 2025, tornado, neighborhoods across North St. Louis were still waiting to recover. Grassroots Redeeming Love continued organizing volunteers, funding debris removal, and supporting residents who refused to give up on their community. Their work is a reminder that recovery takes more than days or weeks—it takes neighbors showing up for one another.
